Work has started to rebuild the rock revetment on the Safety Beach foreshore (at the Sailing Club end).
The Bay Trail has been diverted to allow pedestrian access outside of the work site which is divided by a temporary fence from public access and heavy machinery will be at the location for the next six weeks.

A significant milestone has been reached by the Rosebud West/Tootgarook community with the establishment of two Advisory Committees by Council that will provide a framework for the community and stakeholders to inform and develop a Tootgarook Wetland Strategy.
