For your dogs sake! Dog owners need to be aware of their responsibilities when owning a dog and keeping them safe such as keeping their dog on a lead when in public places outside their property. Launch of the Big Back Yard Mural Art project created by students at Somerville Secondary College. A CTC initiative funded by a grant from the Department of Justice for graffiti diversion programs. Parks Victoria has released a discussion paper to review dog walking issues that have arisen in the National Parks on the Mornington Peninsula. Dogs that are "off leash" are creating a nuisance and disturbing, harrassing and attacking fauna and wildlife found in our National Parks, especially the protected hooded plover bird species.
