R1040 Former landfill areas:119 Truemans Road, Rosebud West; Applies the Environmental Audit Overlay to land that is potentially contaminated. Council adopted the inclusion of the above items in the Mornington Peninsula Planning Scheme C135 Amendment without having to go through an appointed panel process.
