The Shire's Community Plan and Strategic Plan puts forward a Council direction for about four years or more. It is developed through ongoing community consultation and sets out the Shire's goals and outcomes and the strategies used to achieve them. At the start of every Council term, the newly elected Council revises and updates the Community & Strategic Plan. It is a great document to read up on.
