The DIAL-A-BUS is available for passengers aged 60 plus and people of any age with a disability (and their carer) for the cost of $1.00 each way. 2012 Review of the Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport

The Department of Infrastructure and Transport will be conducting public consultation sessions in each state and territory. The first public consultation session will be conducted in Canberra 23 April 2013 with sessions continuing around Australia throughout May, June and July.
