Given that a majority of the Mornington Peninsula Shire community practice religion with 58% of the Christian faith. I would like to thank and acknowledge the 57 submitters who took the time to write to the Shire in support of reinstating the prayer with reference to God on the Agenda. Unfortunately the majority of the Council did not support the reinstatement of the Prayer with reference to God on the Agenda.
